Abstract
Leaf segments of Goodyera schlechtendaliana were cultured on 1/2MS medium supplemented with Dicamba, 2,4-D or Picloram combined with BAP. Initial callus formation was observed on the media after eight weeks of culture. All calli were separated from explants after 24 weeks of culture. A total of fifty-eight lines of callus, induced on the media supplemented with Dicamba or Picloram combined with BAP, survived. Proliferations of protocorm-like-bodies (PLBs) and subsequent growth of shoots from PLBs were observed on the surface of some callus-lines when they were transferred onto phytohormone-free 1/2Norstog medium.

Key words: callus culture, plant regeneration, protocorm like bodies, Goodyera schlechtendaliana.
